My response: It would be smart to hide your students , but I think if you put black paper over the windows that it would most likely lure them into coming to that classroom.  They would probably think that someone is hiding something or that there was alot of people in that room.  I think that it would intrigue them instead of them not noticing the room at all.  For all we know they could've thought of the room as vacant and maybe they would've used it to put all of there posessions into place.  We will never know.
